We design, develop and manage professional development learning technology solutions for professional associations and corporate customers.
We have a special focus on Social Learning and practical applications behind the theory. We also consult on micro-learning strategies, fluid learning, social network behavioural influencing and motivation strategies.
Our experience with leading technology partners allows us to utilise existing investments as well as move any current investments forward:
- Association Management Systems (Personify)
- Learning Management Systems (Meridian, Blackboard, Litmos and others)
- Plagiarism scanning (TurnItIn and CopyCatch)
- Material packaging (SCORM)
- Tin Can API/xAPI
- Learning Record Store (Learning Locker)
- Content Creation (Claro, Captivate and supporting tools)
- Commerce and Content (Episerver and Sitecore)
- Real-time communications (Slack, Stride, Rocket.Chat, Mattermost)
As the next generation reaches our customers, we consult, design and build platforms that include real-time communication and re-engagement processes.
Using learning progress driven social grouping and modelling, our learning strategies invigorate the exchange of ideas between learners.
Rule based delivery of micro-content reinforces learning for all, ensures nobody is left behind and where compliance is necessary, ensures learning is completed.
Knowledge bridging strategies ensure that those with experience and competency can assist those at the start of their journey.
Continual Professional Development
Professional associations also need to ensure members keep abreast of developments in their profession.
We work with our customers to design and build Continuous Professional Development (CPD) self-service platforms that not only manage credits but also suggest programs and events to take part in.
We invest in learning research to ensure our customers have the insight they need to make near and long terms. Our free for schools STEM based Augmented Reality (AR) research project is teaching us about social storytelling as well as about the technology. Our research into Internet of Things (IoT) for behavioural change is teaching us about social accountability and remote social modelling and our work in Virtual Reality (XR / VR) is deepening our understanding of collaborative learning and collaborative assessing.
The solutions we develop operate across all device profiles including mobile and tablet in either native iOS or Android forms or by using progressive web technology strategies for a more unified code base.
